Super-Heated Steam/ Deep Clean

An unrivalled steam, superheated water cleaning technology that causes absolutely zero surface damage and dries within minutes. This is a gentle cleaning system, that is environmentally friendly and requires no harmful chemicals to be used. Doff limits water use, has a low carbon footprint requiring minimal energy/fuel. Unlike other steam systems, temperatures of up 150°C can be achieved. The heated water is fed through the nozzle at a rate of between 1 to 5 litres per minute.

This system is recommended for use on brick, stone, concrete, tiled, wood, ceramic and terracotta surfaces.

Doff Integra System with the Doff Recovery System (DRS), cleans, restores and protects sensitive stonework and masonry. These systems are ideal for prestigious conservation projects, cleaning historic buildings, swimming pools, hospitals and cleaning in the food production industry, and other sterile environments.

The Doff Recovery System DRS is a specialist ancillary to the Doff Integra System for internal cleaning works, or for use in areas where water recovery may be an issue. A hooded lance extracts all the steam, water and debris into a vacuum unit via heavy duty high temperature hoses. Water is automatically pumped out and debris is collected in a catch tank.
